You will join a growing team that is dedicated to success and is 100% customer focused. Covering 2nd line support, you will be responsible across all 2nd line areas of our help desk. You will maintain and support existing client infrastructures as well as assisting the 3rd line team on projects when needed.

Minimum 2 years experience required.
· Office 365 support and management;
· Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 Server;
· Microsoft Azure Cloud Services;
· LAN/WAN and Internet connectivity;
· Fortinet / CISCO / HP Switch maintenance.
